It has been reported and announced that the victims kidnapped on Tuesday morning by gunmen from the university of Abuja, senior staff quarters has been rescued by the Federal Capital Territory (FTP) police.
It was made known by the police public relations in the person of Officer Josephine Aden who is in charge of command that the victims were rescued in a joint operations.
The announcement of the rescue of the victims in a statement by the PPRO reads; “The FCT Police Command wishes to inform members of the public that all abducted victims of the university of Abuja were rescued and reunited with their families through a joint operation with other security agencies.”
