Popular Comedian and actor Okon Lagos loses mother. Ime Bishop announced the death of his mother.
The sad news was made known to the public on an Instagram post this Saturday. He revealed that the death left him numb and depleted.
 It’s my own mother. I’ve lost her. #okonlagos #okonrepublic #iyammi#chisos #wosappen #okonoflagosz,” he wrote.
News on how the mother died was not made known by the actor.
Okon Lagos as he is popularly known is from Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom state. He is a graduate of University of Uyo. There he studied Philosophy.

Okon Lagos began his acting career right from childhood and he has featured in more than 100 movies.
He made his way to limelight after featuring in indigenous movie, “Uyai”, which was produced by Emem Isongin 2008.
The actor is married to Idara Bishop since 2013 with two children.
