It has been reported that two explosives hits Kampala which is the capital of Uganda. It is said that the explosives were targeted in the center of Ugandan capital city Kampala.
One explosive sets the location close to the parliament ablaze while the other explosive blasted very close to the city police headquarters.
There was a major concern on the people close to the explosion location and it is feared that the explosives might have killed or injured people.
A reporter for NTV Uganda confirmed he saw pieces of flesh scattered all over the road.
The major cause of the blast is still not known but the Ugandan authorities blamed the previous bombing on Islamist militants.

The Ugandan forces belong to the African Union peacekeeping force in Somalia fighting al-Shabab, an insurgent group allied to al-Qaeda.
According to last month’s reports, the Islamic State group made It known that they were behind an attack on a bar in Kampala which took the life of a 20-year-old waitress.
The proceedings in the parliament have been called off and MPs are advised not to come to the building following Tuesday’s blast.
