Another sad news hits the movie industry as a popular Nollywood actor, filmmaker and the chairman of Screen Writers Guild of Nigeria (SWGN), Sam Obiago is dead – Veteran actor, Sam Obiago is dead
This was revealed by some of his colleagues who took to social media to express their shock.
One of his colleagues revealed that he has been ill for a while now. According to him, the actor Sam Obiago’s illness increased from bad to worse at midnight and he was rushed to the hospital. He gave up the ghost early hours of today.

Sam Obiago was a Nigerian Nollywood actor, movie maker and producer who has featured in over 100’s of Nollywood movies.
His death is a big shock to us and we wish him a peaceful stay in the After life. R.I.P Sam Obiago.
