The T-Mobile brand was introduced in 1996 and the name was previously used by subsidiaries in other countries, including Austria (now\u00a0Magenta<\/a>),\u00a0Croatia<\/a>\u00a0(now\u00a0Hrvatski Telekom<\/a>), Germany (now\u00a0Deutsche Telekom<\/a>), Hungary (now\u00a0Magyar Telekom<\/a>),\u00a0Montenegro<\/a>\u00a0(now\u00a0Crnogorski Telekom<\/a>), the Netherlands (now\u00a0Odido<\/a>),\u00a0North Macedonia<\/a>\u00a0(now\u00a0Makedonski Telekom<\/a>),\u00a0Slovakia<\/a>\u00a0(now\u00a0Slovak Telekom<\/a>), and the United Kingdom (now\u00a0EE<\/a>).<\/p>\n
